Terms & Conditions

Welcome to B&B Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

B&B Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • House Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Window & Screen Cleaning

  • Gutter Cleaning

  • Mold Cleaning

The scope of each service will be agreed upon prior to the appointment.

2. Appointments & Access

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If access is not possible, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or Check.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.

5. Liability

  • B&B Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear in the client’s property.

  • We are not liable for items that are not properly secured, fragile, or not disclosed prior to cleaning.

  • Clients must notify us of any delicate surfaces, materials, or special instructions before the service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, schedule a re-clean at no extra cost.

7. Health & Safety

  • Our staff reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.

  • For mold cleaning and other specialized services, protective equipment will be used for the safety of our team.

8. Privacy

  • Any personal information provided by clients is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling and providing services.
