Welcome to B&B Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
B&B Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including, but not limited to:

House Cleaning
-
Deep Cleaning
-
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
-
Window & Screen Cleaning
-
Gutter Cleaning
-
Mold Cleaning
The scope of each service will be agreed upon prior to the appointment.
2. Appointments & Access

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not possible, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.
3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or Check.

Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
5. Liability

B&B Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear in the client’s property.

We are not liable for items that are not properly secured, fragile, or not disclosed prior to cleaning.

Clients must notify us of any delicate surfaces, materials, or special instructions before the service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, schedule a re-clean at no extra cost.
7. Health & Safety

Our staff reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.

For mold cleaning and other specialized services, protective equipment will be used for the safety of our team.
8. Privacy

Any personal information provided by clients is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling and providing services.
