Refund Policy

At B&B Cleaning, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Service Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • We will review your concern and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only considered if a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [your email].

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the client fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • If the property contains unsafe or hazardous conditions that prevent our staff from completing the service.

  • For pre-existing damage, excessive clutter, or situations not disclosed prior to booking.

4. Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge instead of a refund.
