At B&B Cleaning, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy below:
1. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will review your concern and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
2. Refunds

Refunds are only considered if a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [your email].

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the client fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice.

If the property contains unsafe or hazardous conditions that prevent our staff from completing the service.

For pre-existing damage, excessive clutter, or situations not disclosed prior to booking.
4. Cancellations

Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge instead of a refund.
